Cathy Shaw

Cathy Shaw is the Program Co-ordinator here at St. Paul’s. She has been a member of St. Paul’s since she was 4 years old and as such is quite familiar with the way the church runs and is well suited to the job. Cathy is an indispensible member of the staff and the congregation. She gives willingly of herself whenever necessary and tries to make St. Paul’s the best it can be.

Cathy has a special ability to work with youth. Whether it is the children of GAPP (God’s Awesome People Place Sunday School) or the teenagers of CGIT, they are drawn to Cathy and her love for life. She is patient and kind and is a very special person.

In her role as Program Co-ordinator Cathy makes sure that the groups that are currently running continue to do so smoothly. She started the Volunteer Appreciation Tea and the New Members Luncheon. She has also run the Lifekeys program which is a workshop of self-discovery and fun. Our always successful Vacation Bible School is yet another of the many projects that Cathy leads.

Cathy is always looking for new ideas for more programs so if you have an idea for a program that you would like to see at St. Paul’s talk to Cathy. She is eager to hear from you.
