Transition at St Paul’s

With the departure of Rev. Cathy Dilts, the Joint Needs Assessment Committee was formed to consider and review the ministry and mission of our pastoral charge and our relationship with the community we serve.
The JNAC then considers how these affect the ministry personnel needs of our pastoral charge.
The JNAC Report posted below has been completed and approved by the Church Council, Congregation and Oshawa Presbytery. A vacancy for a full-time Ordained Minister of Word, Sacrament, and Pastoral Care has been declared and the Joint Search Committee has been formed.
Many thanks to this diverse team for their creative approach and the many hours dedicated to this important process.
